Overview
The Marketing Events team’s mission is to deliver powerful, well-executed event experiences that elevate Client’s brand and strengthen engagement with key audiences. Our work supports cross-functional collaboration and drives awareness, partnership development, and product education.
As a Contract Trade Show Specialist, you will oversee the operational execution of trade shows and support internal events, including our annual Synergy conference. This role requires strong logistical coordination, budget tracking, and vendor management skills to ensure seamless and impactful event experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate all logistics for industry trade shows, including staffing plans, travel arrangements, contracts, and shipping of event collateral.
Track, manage, and reconcile event budgets to ensure accuracy and cost efficiency.
Serve as a primary point of contact for event organizers, external vendors, and internal stakeholders to manage timelines, requirements, and deliverables.
Support the planning and execution of Client’s annual Synergy conference, providing pre-event coordination and onsite assistance.
Compile post-event reports, insights, and feedback to drive continuous improvement across future events.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in event planning or trade show coordination; experience in financial services or technology industries preferred.
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines.
Excellent communication skills and demonstrated experience managing vendor relationships and collaborating cross-functionally.
Proficiency in Google Workspace and event planning/management tools.
Willingness to travel as needed to support onsite event execution.
