What You’ll Do
As a Trade Support Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in executing timely trade settlements for various loan businesses, ensuring transactions run smoothly, accurately, and efficiently. Your expertise will be pivotal in maintaining compliance with industry standards while liaising closely with internal teams and external counterparties.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and execute trade settlements across multiple lines of business, ensuring transactions meet currency deadlines.
• Ensure all settlement documentation aligns with Loan Syndications and Trading Association (LSTA) and Loan Market Association (LMA) standard terms.
• Investigate and resolve trade-related exceptions, including open-payable and receivable balances.
• Work closely with trading desks, finance/product control teams, documentation teams, and external counterparties to ensure seamless transaction execution.
• Oversee payments and financial movements linked to trade settlement activities.

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking driven individuals with a keen eye for detail, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for financial markets. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:
• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, or equivalent experience.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical thinking.
• Communication & Teamwork: Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with loan products or trading operations is a plus.
• Attention to Detail & Deadline Orientation: Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work effectively under pressure in a high-transaction environment.
