About the Role
The Marketing Events team is focused on delivering high-impact, well-executed event experiences that strengthen brand presence and drive meaningful engagement with key audiences. This team works cross-functionally to support partnerships, product education, and strategic awareness through events and trade shows.
As a Contract Trade Show Specialist, you will manage the operational execution of industry trade shows and assist with internal marketing events. This role plays a key part in ensuring events run smoothly—from logistics and vendor coordination to budget tracking and post-event reporting.
This position is based in Clearwater with in-person attendance expected at least three days per week.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate logistics for industry trade shows, including staffing plans, travel arrangements, contracts, and shipment of marketing collateral
Track and reconcile event budgets to ensure accurate reporting and cost efficiency
Communicate with event organizers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to manage timelines and deliverables
Support the planning and execution of a large annual internal conference, including pre-event coordination and onsite event support
Collect and summarize post-event insights, feedback, and performance data to improve future events
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in event planning, trade show coordination, or event operations (technology or financial services industry experience preferred)
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
Excellent communication skills and experience working with vendors and cross-functional teams
Proficiency with Google Workspace and event management tools
Ability and willingness to travel as needed for event support and execution
