About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Tractor Technician to join a well-established agricultural company in Fresno. This is an urgent, permanent opportunity offering strong long-term growth potential within a large, reputable organization. The ideal candidate is a skilled mechanic with hands-on experience diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining agricultural equipment in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose mechanical issues and perform repairs on tractors and related components using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic instruments.
Conduct routine maintenance, including fluid changes, lubrication, and part replacements to maximize performance and longevity.
Repair or replace malfunctioning components and resolve mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic issues.
Provide accurate time and cost estimates for repairs or maintenance services.
Maintain organized and thorough logs of all work performed.
Keep tools and equipment in proper working condition.
Perform field service repairs as needed.


Required Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years of experience performing service repairs on agricultural equipment.
Must provide own tools (company provides large-scale and specialty tools).
Advanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems used in agricultural machinery.
Valid California driver’s license.
Ability to repeatedly lift 50+ lbs.


Schedule
This position is 100% in-person at the Fresno facility.
