Title Processor
Location: Oviedo, FL 32765
Direct Hire
M-F, 8am to 5pm
$40-45k annually

About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Title Processor to help ensure smooth, accurate, and timely real estate closings. In this role, you’ll prepare, review, and process title documentation while coordinating with lenders, agents, attorneys, and internal teams to resolve issues and facilitate the issuance of title insurance policies.

What You’ll Do
Examine and verify title documents, including deeds, mortgages, liens, tax records, and legal descriptions.
Prepare title commitments and related documents according to company and underwriting standards.
Identify and resolve title issues such as clouds on title, discrepancies, outstanding liens, or missing information.
Coordinate with lenders, agents, buyers, sellers, and attorneys to gather required documents.
Order and track payoffs, surveys, HOA estoppels, tax certificates, and other closing items.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal real estate regulations.
Maintain accurate and organized transaction files in company systems.
Assist in preparing closing packages and final title policies as needed.
Provide excellent customer service by updating all parties on file status and requirements.

What We’re Looking For
Experience in title processing, escrow, real estate, or a related field is preferred.
Strong understanding of title documents, title insurance, and real estate terminology.
Familiarity with title production software (e.g., ResWare, RamQuest, SoftPro) is a plus.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple files in a deadline-driven environment.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and accuracy.
