Title Processor
Salary: $40,000–$45,000/year
Schedule: Full-time, Onsite
We are seeking a detail-oriented Title Processor to support real estate closings by reviewing title documentation, clearing issues, and coordinating with lenders, agents, attorneys, buyers, and sellers. This role requires strong accuracy, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple files in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
-Review and verify title documents (deeds, liens, mortgages, tax records, legal descriptions).
-Prepare title commitments and follow underwriting guidelines.
-Identify and resolve title discrepancies or outstanding issues.
-Order and track payoffs, HOA estoppels, surveys, and tax certificates.
-Communicate updates to lenders, agents, attorneys, and clients.
-Maintain organized and compliant transaction files.
-Assist with closing packages and final title policies.
Qualifications
-Experience in title processing, escrow, or real estate preferred.
-Knowledge of title documents and title insurance required.
-Experience with ResWare, RamQuest, or SoftPro is a plus.
-Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
-Excellent communication and customer service skills.
-Ability to work onsite Monday–Friday in Oviedo, FL.
