Title Processor

We are seeking a detail-oriented Title Processor to support residential real estate closings by preparing, reviewing, and processing title documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with state and federal regulations.
This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth, timely closings by coordinating with lenders, agents, attorneys, buyers, and sellers while resolving title issues and facilitating the issuance of title insurance policies.
Key Responsibilities
Examine and verify title documents including deeds, mortgages, liens, tax records, and legal descriptions
Prepare title commitments in accordance with underwriting guidelines
Identify and resolve title issues (clouds, outstanding liens, discrepancies, missing documentation)
Order and track payoffs, surveys, HOA estoppels, and tax certificates
Coordinate with lenders, agents, buyers, sellers, and attorneys to ensure complete and accurate files
Maintain organized transaction records within company systems
Assist with preparation of closing packages and final title policies
Provide timely updates and strong customer service to all parties
Qualifications
Experience in title processing, escrow, real estate, or related field preferred
Strong understanding of title insurance and real estate terminology
Familiarity with title software such as ResWare, RamQuest, or SoftPro is a plus
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple files in a deadline-driven environment
Strong communication and organizational skills
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
