Growing and dynamic Aerospace company is looking to hire MULTIPLE Test Technician's who have worked in the Aerospace or Manufacturing industry.

***Company will administer background check upon a conditional offer
***Company adheres to the ITAR regulations in place

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
•IPC-J-STD-001 Certification (with Space Addendum preferred)
•IPC-A-610 Certification
•NASA 8739.1 & NASA 8739.4 Certifications
•Ability to solder and perform box build assembly
•Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings and documentation

Job Requirements:
•Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an electronics testing or troubleshooting environment
•Fundamental English speaking, reading, and writing skills
•Working knowledge of digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, signal generators, and Automatic Test Equipment (ATE)
•Strong problem-solving skills with good attention to detail and the ability to follow documented procedures
•Willingness to share new ideas and contribute to continuous improvement
•Ability to take on additional responsibilities as required
•Demonstrate integrity, strong character, and a solid work ethic
•Detail-oriented with a positive, solution-focused attitude
•Ability to work in a flexible environment and collaborate effectively within a team
•Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and communication abilities

Primary Responsibilities;
•Learning and following customer functional test procedures and understanding the basic operation of the assemblies being tested, in the event of test failures, the technician assists with troubleshooting and helps identify required rework to restore functionality
•Operate assigned test stations for electronic assemblies in accordance with documented procedures
•Support new product test station launches by following instructions and assisting with set-up and validation activities
•Perform basic troubleshooting of test failures and escalate issues as needed
•Record test results and assist in collecting production data such as First Pass Yield (FPY) and defect information
•Actively contributes to team objectives and meet daily production commitments
•Work efficiently and share lessons learned to support continuous improvement
•Demonstrate strong work habits, including punctuality and reliable attendance
•Support production demands by working overtime as needed
•Thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with a willingness to learn and contribute
•Consistently adhere to ESC Quality System requirements and follow established test procedures and work instructions
• Assist with on-the-job knowledge sharing when requested
