Test Technician (Electronics / Circuit Card Assembly)
-Location: Camarillo, CA
-Pay: $25-30/hr DOE
-Shift: 1st shift with daily OT
*Must have circuit card assembly testing*

-Job Summary:
• We are seeking a skilled Test Technician with hands-on experience in circuit card assembly (CCA) testing to support manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams. The ideal candidate will perform functional, in-circuit, and/or environmental testing on electronic assemblies, troubleshoot failures, and ensure products meet established performance and quality standards.

-Required Qualifications
• Experience testing circuit card assemblies (CCA) in a manufacturing or lab environment
• Strong understanding of electronic components, schematics, and test documentation
• Hands-on experience with test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, and signal generators
• Ability to troubleshoot electronic assemblies to the component level
• Familiarity with ESD controls and IPC standards
• Ability to read and follow test procedures, drawings, and work instructions

-Preferred Qualifications
• Associate degree or technical certification in Electronics or related field
• Experience with automated test equipment (ATE) or custom test fixtures
• Knowledge of IPC-A-610, IPC-7711/7721, or similar industry standards
• Experience supporting production environments and continuous improvement efforts
