Test Operator
-Location: Camarillo, CA (On-site)
-Pay: $19–$24/hour DOE
-Schedule: Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM + Saturdays 6:00 AM–2:45 PM (All overtime is required)
-Start Date: ASAP

-We are seeking a detail-oriented Test Operator to join a growing electronics manufacturing team in Camarillo. This role involves testing electronic units, assembling cable harnesses, and operating specialized testing equipment while ensuring quality and accuracy throughout the production process.

-Key Responsibilities
• Connect electronic units to test equipment to run software-based tests
• Assemble cable harnesses and components
• Operate electronic testing equipment
• Use a multimeter to perform testing and troubleshooting
• Read and follow engineering drawings and work instructions using a computer
• Ensure all work meets quality, ESD, and ISO standards
• Verify product accuracy and conformance to specifications
• Maintain productivity and quality requirements

-Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of electronics test operator experience in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to read and use a multimeter
• Basic computer skills and ability to view engineering drawings/instructions
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English
