1.Leads testing activities.
2.Leads others on the testing team (technical resources, analysts, business users) and provides guidance throughout the project to ensure all activities are met during system, integration and user acceptance test cycles
3.Follows established Test Strategy and develops test plans based on business requirements, functional and design specifications.
4.Leverage JIRA to track test plan, test cases, test executions and defect resolution progress.
5.Manages test case development per the test plan.
6.Maintains and monitors test execution progress and defects reported within Jira (test management tool) to ensure deadlines are met.
7.Provides oversight of defect management process through established methods and techniques.
8.Facilitates test execution and defect triage meetings for cross functional issues reported during the Software Development Life Cycle process (SDLC).
9.Coordinates meetings with development teams, testers and business leads to discuss open defects and prioritized based on severity and business needs.
10.Works closely with both technical and non-technical personnel at various levels in the organization.
11.Communicates technical and non-technical information in a clear and concise manner.
12.Prepares daily project status reports for the executive team.

Required
•Minimum 5 years of experience in QA
•Knowledge of JIRA
•Knowledge of QA best practices


Experience with test automation
Preferred
1. Knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM Modules such as WFA, Payroll, Benefits, Commitment Accounting.
2. Knowledge of Salesforce.
3. Experience as a business analyst, functional analyst or systems analyst.
