Aerospace & Defense company located in Van Nuys is looking for test inspectors with aerospace experience . Must have PCBA experience. Four positions available for the
shift 3:00-11:00 PM.

The Test Technician is responsible for learning and following customer functional test procedures and understanding the basic operation of the assemblies being tested. In the event of test failures, the technician assists with troubleshooting and helps identify required rework to restore functionality. The technician communicates effectively with customers and internal team members and follows provided guidance and instructions.
Primary Responsibilities

• Operate assigned test stations for electronic assemblies in accordance with documented procedures
• Support new product test station launches by following instructions and assisting with set-up and validation activities
• Perform basic troubleshooting of test failures and escalate issues as needed
• Record test results and assist in collecting production data such as First Pass Yield (FPY) and defect information
• Actively contributes to team objectives and meet daily production commitments
• Work efficiently and share lessons learned to support continuous improvement
• Demonstrate strong work habits, including punctuality and reliable attendance
• Support production demands by working overtime as needed
