Growing office technology, copier, and Managed Print Services (MPS) provider helping businesses modernize their print environment and document workflows.

If you have experience selling copiers, MFPs, or MPS and want a company that is modern, aggressive, and growth-focused, this is your opportunity to build a high-income book of business.

Base: $45K–$65K
Uncapped Commission + Accelerators
OTE: $100K–$180K+

What You’ll Sell
Copiers, MFPs, and production print equipment
Managed Print Services (MPS)
Service, supplies, and lease-based solutions
Document workflow and digital imaging solutions
Territory & Sales Focus
Manage and grow a dedicated Austin/Central Texas territory
Focus on SMB and mid-market accounts
Develop new business through in-person prospecting and outreach
Activity Expectations

This is a high-activity, field-driven role with clear performance standards:

20–40 in-person prospecting visits per day
40–60 outbound calls/emails daily
60–100+ total daily touchpoints

Success in this role comes from consistent activity, follow-up, and closing ability

Key Responsibilities

Daily

Prospect and generate new business within your territory
Conduct face-to-face meetings with decision-makers
Build pipeline and move deals through the sales cycle
Maintain accurate CRM activity (HubSpot)

Weekly

Build and manage a pipeline of 10–20+ opportunities
Deliver proposals and close business
Track and report activity and results

Monthly

Hit revenue and activity targets
Continue developing product and sales expertise

What Success Looks Like
30 Days: Active prospecting and pipeline building
60 Days: Consistent meetings and opportunities
90 Days: Closing deals and hitting quota

Requirements

Required:

2–5+ years of copier / MFP / MPS sales experience
Strong prospecting and cold outreach skills
Experience with leasing, CPC, and contract sales
Comfortable with high daily activity and field sales
CRM experience (HubSpot or similar)

Preferred:

Established local business relationships
Strong closing track record
Tech-savvy (Excel, CRM, digital tools)
