This Tenant Improvement Project Manager Position needs to be a candidate with experience primarily in the commercial sector (3-5 years) with the ability to hit the ground running to oversee projects start to finish. The Job description of the Tenant Improvement Project Manager directs activities associated with building suite upfit projects or other construction projects by performing the following duties personally or through other contractors / subcontractors. The objective of this position is to maximize the return on construction dollars while maintaining the prescribed level of quality and minimizing risk.
This Tenant Improvement Project Manager must have experience:
• Managing a pipeline of commercial build out projects from start to finish
• Real Estate Commercial experience (office buildings)
• Leadership experience, has supervised a Team
• B.S. in Construction Management, Construction Engineering preferred.
Lastly, 3-5 years of progressively responsible experience in construction management, including on–site supervision of customer improvement construction for a developer, major brokerage firm, owner or general contractor. Larger projects will be viewed more favorably.
