Temporary Administrative Assistant (Remote)

We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated college graduate or graduate-school level candidate to provide administrative support to an attorney applying for Bar admission in multiple states.

This is a short-term, temporary role expected to last approximately 40 hours total. The position is remote and starting ASAP, paying $20/hour, with the possibility of occasional in-office visits, so the candidate must reside in San Diego County and have their own computer and reliable internet access.

What You’ll Do:

Assist an attorney with the Bar admission application process across several states

Research and track state-specific Bar requirements

Create and maintain detailed checklists of required items and deadlines

Identify and organize required documentation (applications, packets, transcripts, disclosures, etc.)

Communicate updates and outstanding items clearly and proactively

Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of materials

What We’re Looking For:

College graduate or graduate-school level candidate

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Technologically proficient

Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Comfortable with research, document tracking, and administrative coordination

Legal experience preferred

Must reside in San Diego County and have their own computer
