Temporary AR / AP / Payroll Clerk
Location: Eaton, CO
Schedule: Full-Time | Temporary (3 Months)
Start: ASAP

We are seeking a detail-oriented AR/AP/Payroll Clerk to provide coverage during a maternity leave for the Town of Eaton. This is a great short-term opportunity for an accounting professional who can jump in quickly and support day-to-day finance operations.

Key Responsibilities
Process Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable transactions
Assist with payroll processing and related documentation
Maintain accurate financial records and data entry
Support daily accounting operations and reporting
Communicate with internal departments and vendors as needed
Perform additional administrative and accounting tasks as assigned
Qualifications
Previous experience in AR, AP, and payroll required
Ability to learn quickly and work independently
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Public sector or municipal experience is a plus
Experience with Caselle software is a plus

This is a temporary assignment expected to last approximately 3 months and requires someone who can start as soon as possible.
