Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a Contact Center Transformation initiative within CIT. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering complex projects while ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with organizational objectives
Track progress, identify dependencies, risks, and challenges, and implement mitigation strategies
Manage project resources effectively, including time, budget, and personnel
Team Leadership & Collaboration
Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and open communication
Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide constructive feedback
Facilitate effective communication between team members, stakeholders, and clients
Stakeholder Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and vendor partners
Provide proactive updates on project status, risks, and potential delays
Manage expectations, resolve conflicts, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction
Quality Assurance & Reporting
Implement quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle
Prepare and present status reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators
Conduct post-project reviews to identify improvements and document lessons learned
Qualifications
10+ years of overall experience, with at least 7 years in a Project Manager role
Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within scope
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum)
Proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, or Asana
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a results-driven environment
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is a plus
Experience with tools such as Power BI or Alteryx is a plus
