Key Responsibilities
- Lead software development, system architecture, or technology strategy initiatives for business-critical platforms and applications.
- Guide technical teams, programmers, developers, or cross-functional stakeholders through planning, development, implementation, and optimization.
- Design, review, and improve scalable software systems, application architecture, integrations, databases, and technology roadmaps.
- Translate business needs into practical technology solutions that improve performance, efficiency, reliability, and user experience.
- Support company growth by evaluating technology needs, improving development processes, and recommending strategic improvements.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Lead software development, systems architecture, technology operations, or programming initiatives.
- Manage technical projects, development priorities, architecture decisions, and implementation timelines.
- Partner with leadership and business stakeholders to align technology solutions with company goals.
- Mentor developers, improve technical standards, and support high-quality software delivery.
- 6-10 years of professional technology, software development, programming, systems architecture, or related IT experience.
- Experience in senior-level roles such as CTO, Lead Software Developer, Lead Programmer, Software Architect, Systems Architect, or similar technical leadership position.
- Strong background in software development, application architecture, system design, integrations, databases, or enterprise technology environments.
- Ability to lead teams, influence decisions, communicate technical concepts, and solve complex business and technology challenges.
- Proven ability to work on impactful, real-world systems with a focus on reliability, scalability, security, and long-term maintainability.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience serving in a CTO, Director of Technology, Software Architect, Lead Developer, or senior technical leadership capacity.
- Background building or modernizing software systems for growing organizations.
- Experience influencing company growth through technology strategy, process improvement, or product development.
