Pay: $410 per day plus mileage reimbursement
Assignment Type: One-Day Assignment (Election Day)

About the Opportunity
We are a recruiting and staffing agency partnering with the Charleston County Board of Voter Registration and Elections to hire Election Day Technical Support Workers. This role is ideal for individuals with a technical or IT background who are comfortable troubleshooting equipment in a fast-paced, high-importance environment.

Position Overview
This position will provide on-site technical support across multiple polling locations on Election Day. Candidates will travel between sites to resolve equipment issues and ensure voting operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
• Travel between assigned polling locations throughout the day
• Troubleshoot voting equipment, hardware, and software issues
• Provide timely and effective technical support to polling staff
• Ensure all equipment is functioning properly to avoid disruptions
• Maintain professionalism and follow all election procedures

Requirements
• Must attend required training on June 1
• Availability to work the full Election Day schedule from early morning through evening
• Prior experience or strong aptitude in IT, technical support, or troubleshooting
• Ability to work independently and respond quickly to issues
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between locations

• This is a critical, fast-paced role supporting the election process
