About the Role
We’re hiring a hands-on Production Technician to support operations in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. This role works across both kitchen and tank room operations, focusing on precision, safety, and compliance within a GMP-regulated setting.
If you have experience in food production, manufacturing, or a lab environment and enjoy detailed, process-driven work, this could be a great fit.
Schedule Options:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Monday–Friday, 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
What You’ll Do
Weigh and measure components using analytical scales
Mix solutions and operate production equipment
Open/close valves and assist with tank operations
Perform equipment setup, minor adjustments, and quality checks
Complete accurate documentation in line with SOPs
Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas
Follow all GMP, FDA, and USDA guidelines
Support other departments as needed
What We’re Looking For
-High School Diploma or equivalent required
-1–3 years of manufacturing, production, or related experience
-Background in GMP, FDA, USDA, or SOP-driven environments preferred
-Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
-Ability to follow strict documentation practices
-Comfortable working in PPE and a fast-paced setting
-Ability to lift up to 25 lbs intermittently
-Basic computer and communication skills
Nice to Have:
-BS in Biology or related science field
-Experience in food production, lab work, or aseptic processes
-Familiarity with quality improvement processes
