We are hiring Associate Technicians to support packaging operations in a fast paced, team oriented manufacturing environment. This role works under the direction of the Supervisor to ensure production procedures are executed in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices and Standard Operating Procedures. Ideal for individuals who are detail oriented, safety focused, and comfortable working on production lines.
Shifts Available:
2nd Shift
1:30 pm to 10:00 pm
1st Shift
5:30 am to 2:00 pm
Key Responsibilities
• Operate packaging equipment including start up, minor adjustments, and quality monitoring
• Follow GMP standards and all SOP requirements
• Complete accurate and detailed production documentation
• Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment as required
• Identify and communicate mechanical or process issues
• Maintain strict attention to safety, quality, and compliance
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Analytical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable using computers for documentation and reporting
• Understanding of aseptic technique preferred
• Awareness of USDA regulations, SOPs, and production procedures
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds intermittently
• Strong attention to detail and safety
