Production / Manufacturing Technician (GMP Environment)
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Floater Technician to support production operations in a fast-paced, regulated manufacturing environment. This role supports both the kitchen and tank room and is ideal for candidates with manufacturing, GMP, or food/kitchen production experience.
Responsibilities include:
-Weighing components using analytical scales
-Mixing materials and preparing media solutions
-Operating production equipment (startup, adjustments, monitoring)
-Opening/closing valves and moving tanks
-Cleaning and sanitizing work areas and equipment
-Completing accurate GMP documentation
-Supporting other departments as needed
-Working safely while wearing required PPE
Qualifications:
-High School Diploma or equivalent required (BS in Biology or related science preferred)
-1–3 years manufacturing or production experience
-Experience in GMP, FDA, or USDA environments strongly preferred
-Strong attention to detail and safety
-Basic computer and communication skills
-Ability to lift up to 25 lbs intermittently
-Great fit for candidates with kitchen, food production, or GMP manufacturing backgrounds.
