Production Technician
Weekend Shift: Friday through Monday, 6a to 430p
If you want steady hours, a tight team, and work that actually impacts production quality, this is it. This role is a weekend shift position supporting kitchen and tank room operations in a regulated manufacturing environment.
What you’ll do
• Prep and sterilize equipment and media solutions
• Weigh components with accuracy and consistency
• Operate production equipment including startup, minor adjustments, and quality checks
• Document all work using Good Manufacturing Practices
• Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment
• Support cross-functional teams as needed in a fast paced environment
What you bring
• HS Diploma required
• One to three years of manufacturing experience
• Mechanical, analytical, and scientific troubleshooting skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to lift 25 pounds intermittently
• Understanding of aseptic processes, USDA regulations, SOPs, GMP and basic quality tools
• Solid written, verbal, and computer skills
