Our client is hiring a Technical Support Subject Matter Expert to support customers using advanced solar and energy products. ?? What You’ll Do
Handle inbound technical support calls (troubleshooting solar & energy systems)
Deliver clear, professional support in Spanish & English
Resolve customer issues and ensure full satisfaction
Manage multiple cases while maintaining fast response times
Process RMAs and document all interactions
Identify trends and escalate complex issues
? What You Need
Fluent Spanish (required – speak, read, write)
2+ years in technical support / call center environment
Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and typing skills
Ability to stay calm under pressure in high-volume environments
Plus (not required):
Solar or electrical experience
Knowledge of NEC or energy systems
