Seeking a proactive and highly organized Technical Project Coordinator to support management and technical teams in executing and tracking a variety of field and outsourced projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can juggle multiple priorities, and has strong communication and coordination skills.
Responsibilities:
• Work with managers and technicians to define project goals, timelines, and deliverables
• Schedule and coordinate technicians in the field to ensure timely project completion
• Prepare and manage Excel spreadsheets to track progress and inventory
• Report on outsourcing activities, including schedules, pricing, and inventory levels
• Lead regular team check-ins to monitor progress and plan next steps
• Support help desk by handling routine service calls as needed
• Assist with special assignments and tasks as directed by management
Qualifications:
• A true team player with a positive, can-do attitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong multitasking abilities and keen attention to detail
• Highly organized with experience managing input from multiple teams
• Self-motivated and accountable with strong problem-solving skills
• Able to make quick, confident decisions under pressure
