We are seeking a Technical Account Manager for a temporary opportunity in Lake Mary, FL, supporting institutional clients with technical onboarding, platform integrations, troubleshooting, and ongoing account support. As a Technical Account Manager, you will serve as a key technical point of contact for assigned accounts, helping clients successfully connect to and use complex technology platforms. Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical onboarding for institutional clients, including API integrations, configuration, testing, and readiness for live trading.
- Serve as the primary technical contact for assigned accounts, delivering responsive and high-quality client support.
- Investigate and resolve complex technical issues by analyzing logs, reviewing metrics, using troubleshooting tools, and reproducing issues in staging environments.
- Escalate technical issues to engineering when needed while maintaining clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Develop a strong understanding of client workflows and proactively identify opportunities to improve the platform experience.
- Partner with engineering, product, operations, and client teams to communicate recurring issues and support long-term platform improvements.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay rate: $45 to $50 per hour.
- Employment type: Contract/Temporary.
- Location: Lake Mary, FL.
- Experience level: 1-2+ years preferred.
- Lead technical onboarding and integration projects for institutional client accounts.
- Support API configurations, testing, troubleshooting, and readiness for live trading activity.
- Manage technical client support requests, issue investigations, escalations, and resolution communication.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, operations, and client teams to resolve technical issues and improve platform performance.
- 1-2+ years of experience preferred in a Technical Account Manager, Solutions Engineer, technical support, or similar client-facing technical role.
- Experience supporting institutional clients, preferably in fintech, cryptocurrency, trading, financial services, or a related technical environment.
- Strong technical foundation with hands-on experience working with APIs, logs, metrics, infrastructure concepts, debugging tools, and troubleshooting processes.
- Understanding of cryptocurrency markets, trading systems, financial infrastructure, or similar complex technical platforms.
- Ability to translate complex technical issues into clear, actionable information for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and follow-through skills.
- Ability to remain calm, organized, and solutions-oriented when handling time-sensitive technical issues.
- Ability to manage multiple client priorities while collaborating effectively across technical and business teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with FIX protocol.
- Experience with REST APIs and WebSocket APIs.
- Experience working with electronic trading platforms.
- Previous experience with an exchange, trading technology company, or similar financial technology environment.
- Experience supporting regulated financial institutions.
- Active interest in cryptocurrency products, digital asset markets, and evolving financial technology.
