What You’ll Do:
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of high-performing professionals in either tax or audit services
Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients and internal teams
Promote a culture of learning through coaching, training, and hands-on support
Deliver high-quality work while contributing to a supportive, values-driven workplace
What We’re Looking For:
CPA preferred
Proven experience leading teams in tax or audit within public accounting
Strong emotional intelligence with the ability to lead, adapt, and communicate effectively
A collaborative mindset and a genuine interest in developing others
Industry experience in construction, real estate, or professional services is a plus
Tax Managers: experience with high-net-worth individuals or multi-state returns is a bonus
