Position Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Tax Staff to join our team in Puerto Rico. This position is ideal for individuals with basic experience in tax compliance who wish to grow and develop within a dynamic public accounting firm.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and file federal and Puerto Rico income tax returns for individuals, corporations, and partnerships.
• Assist in the preparation of tax provisions, schedules, and supporting documentation.
• Handle tax notices and maintain communication with clients regarding tax-related issues.
• Support general tax compliance processes and ensure accurate recordkeeping.
• Research applicable tax laws and identify opportunities for tax savings or process improvement.
• Collaborate with audit and advisory teams to deliver comprehensive service to clients.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting.
• 1–2 years of experience in tax preparation and compliance.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and tax preparation software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
