As a Tax Resolution Representative, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely preparation of amended payroll tax returns for clients. This position is ideal for individuals with experience in customer service or payroll.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and file amended federal, state, and local payroll tax returns with accuracy and timeliness.
- Communicate with clients regarding required payments, refunds, and associated fees.
- Research and respond to penalty issues, providing clear explanations to clients and internal teams.
- Determine billing fees and ensure consistent and standardized billing practices.
- Identify root causes of issues to assist with trend analysis and recommend process improvements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes, product offerings, and industry developments.
- Provide support and training to team members and assist with documentation updates.

Qualifications
- High school diploma required.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or payroll.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively with clients, agencies, and coworkers.
