Are you an experienced Tax Preparer looking to work in a professional, client-focused environment where your expertise is valued year-round? We’re seeking a detail-oriented and client-driven Tax Preparer to join an amazing team with headquarters in Miami, FL, and support individuals and businesses with accurate tax filings, strategic planning, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and file federal, state, and international tax returns for individuals and businesses.
- Advise clients on tax strategies to help minimize liability and improve financial outcomes.
- Represent clients before the IRS, including handling audits and responding to tax notices.
- Collect, review, and verify client financial data for accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare, compile, and review financial statements for business clients.
- Stay up-to-date with changing tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of tax preparation experience in a public accounting firm.
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations.
- Experience working with both domestic and international tax returns.
- Proficiency in tax preparation software (FileCabinet preferred).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex tax concepts to clients.
- English required; Spanish is a plus.
