We’re looking for a Tax Manager or Audit Manager who brings both professional expertise and exceptional people skills to the table. In this role, you won’t just manage accounts—you’ll lead a team, mentor future leaders, and help shape a culture rooted in integrity, learning, and connection.
What You’ll Do
Lead and mentor a dynamic tax or audit team with empathy and accountability
Build trust across departments—up, down, and sideways
Deliver top-notch tax or audit services with a client-first mindset
Foster a learning culture through active coaching, training, and feedback
Integrate into a fun, supportive, and values-driven environment—inside and outside the office
Key Qualifications
Must-Haves:
CPA designation (preferred)
Proven leadership experience in tax or audit
Track record of mentoring others—formally or informally
Emotionally intelligent, adaptable, and skilled at “reading the room”
Humble, hungry, and smart (we live by this)
Collaborative and approachable—lone wolves don’t thrive here
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience with construction, real estate, or professional services clients
Familiarity with high-net-worth individuals or multi-state tax issues (for Tax Managers)

TPA or actuarial firm backgrounds
