Tax Manager / Director of Corporate Tax – Hybrid, Murray, UT
Base Salary: $140K–$170K + Bonus + Equity

We’re a publicly traded technology company seeking a Tax Manager or Director of Corporate Tax (depending on experience) to lead our tax compliance, reporting, and planning. This is an opportunity to step out of public accounting, gain visibility with senior leadership, and enjoy a healthier work-life balance.

In this role, you’ll oversee federal, state, and local tax filings (including consolidated and multistate), manage quarterly/annual provisions and ASC 740 reporting, and provide strategic guidance on transactions and business initiatives. You’ll also partner with external advisors, support audits, and identify tax-saving opportunities.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of progressive tax experience, including public accounting (Big 4 or regional firm preferred), strong ASC 740 knowledge, and a CPA (licensed or in progress). Corporate tax experience in a public or complex private company is a plus.
