What You’ll Do
Lead and mentor a high-performing tax team
Provide strategic tax guidance to a diverse client base
Build strong client relationships and internal partnerships

What You Bring
Active CPA license (required)
Experience managing tax engagements and leading teams
Collaborative, coach-first leadership style
Strong technical tax knowledge and emotional intelligence
Nice to have: experience in real estate, construction, professional services, high-net-worth clients, or multi-state taxation
