The Role
As Tax Manager, you’ll lead engagements, mentor team members, and provide strategic tax guidance across a diverse client base while helping build a positive, balanced team environment.

Qualifications
Active CPA license (required)
Experience leading tax engagements and teams
Strong technical skills with a collaborative leadership style
Passion for coaching and developing others
Bonus: Experience with real estate, construction, professional services, high-net-worth clients, or multi-state returns.
