What You’ll Do

Manage and review federal and state tax returns
Lead and mentor junior staff, fostering professional development
Oversee workflow and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables
Build strong client partnerships and provide trusted guidance

What You Bring

3–5 years of tax experience in public accounting or equivalent
Bachelor’s in Accounting (CPA completed or in progress)
Solid knowledge of GAAP, IRS regulations, and compliance
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
