Summary: The Tax Advisory Manager will lead strategic tax consulting initiatives, oversee client relationships, manage multiple priorities, and ensure the highest quality of deliverables. This role requires strong leadership and analytical capabilities with a high level of attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
· Lead and manage tax advisory projects and client portfolios.
· Review complex analyses, reports, and tax documentation.
· Provide strategic direction and ensure regulatory compliance.
· Mentor and supervise Associates and Seniors.
· Handle multiple priorities and support organizational goals.
· Maintain strong client communication and service excellence.
Qualifications & Skills:
· Juris Doctor (JD) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
· Minimum 5 years of experience in Tax Consulting or Advisory.
· Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
· Excellent communication skills in English & Spanish.
