Our growing financial services firm in Cordova is looking for a Tax Manager to take charge of the department, mentor staff, and elevate client experiences. What You’ll Own:

• Lead a talented team of CPAs, preparers, and seasonal staff
• Review and manage complex individual and business tax returns
• Deliver proactive tax planning and strategic guidance year-round
• Implement automation and streamline processes for efficiency and accuracy
• Partner with firm leadership on operational strategy and client success

What You Bring:

• Active CPA or EA license in TN (required)
• 5+ years hands-on tax preparation & planning experience
• Leadership experience with staff mentoring and coaching
• Strong knowledge of federal & state tax codes
• Comfortable in fast-paced, client-facing environments
• Drake or similar tax software experience preferred
