Client is seeking Tax Manager for Direct Hire!
Our client is seeking a Tax Manager who will play a key role in overseeing tax compliance, planning, and advisory services across a wide range of entities. This role requires in-depth tax expertise, strong leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with associates to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional client service.
The Tax Manager will review tax returns, provide strategic planning guidance, and support the professional development of team members while helping drive the success of the tax practice.
For this role you must stay current on federal, state, and local tax laws, rulings, and regulations to ensure compliance and provide accurate, timely guidance and review a variety of tax returns, including corporate, individual, partnership, trust, estate, and nonprofit filings.
The Tax Manager role will collaborate with associates to support seamless tax operations and workflow and will assist with complex tax planning strategies, offering proactive insights and recommendations.
The Tax Manager will provide mentorship and guidance to associates, fostering professional development and team growth and contribute to process improvements and best practices within the tax department.
Qualifications
CPA certification required.
Strong technical knowledge of tax laws and compliance across multiple entity types.
Experience with CCH software is strongly preferred.
Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
