Seeking a Tax Manager who will play a key role in delivering top-tier tax, accounting, and consulting services to valued clients. This position goes beyond compliance, it is about building strong client relationships, leading high-performing teams, and driving strategic growth within the firm.
Duties:
• Provide expert tax and accounting services aligned with current tax regulations and GAAP
• Monitor industry changes and perform in-depth research to advise clients and partners on complex issues
• Cultivate strong client relationships and identify new opportunities to expand service offerings
• Plan, budget, and manage client engagements to meet project timelines, billing targets, and satisfaction metrics
• Supervise, mentor, and develop staff—offering guidance, performance feedback, and professional growth support
• Foster a collaborative firm culture and demonstrate leadership within the profession and community
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA license required
• 4+ years of progressive tax and accounting experience
• Deep understanding of tax codes, regulations, and GAAP
• Proficiency with ProSystem fx Tax, Engagement, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
• A client-focused mindset with a proven track record of relationship-building and staff development
