Tax Document Processor

Job Responsibilities

Review and assembly of tax documents.
Verify required elements of tax documents, including matching of name, account number, Tax IDs, signature, etc.
Assemble tax returns upon completion of verifying elements.
Prepare completed tax documents for mailing to appropriate taxing authorities.
Scan documents using proprietary software program for incoming tax documentation.
Mail using postage machine to weigh and post individual and multiple mailings.


Skills Required

Able to multi-task, work independently and in a team environment.
Accurate data-review skills with attention to detail.
Strong organizational, written, and communication skills.
Able to adapt to changing policies and procedures.
Able to perform repetitive tasks for long periods of time.
Strong focus on customer service.
Flexible to work overtime (including weekends) during peak seasons.


Education

A university degree is preferred (HS diploma is required).
