Director of Tax Advisory Group
Overview: As a Director in our Tax Advisory Group (TAG), you will lead strategic initiatives, shape the direction of our client service model, and influence the long-term vision of the firm.
You will serve as a key member of the TAG leadership team and play a vital role in developing our people, our clients, and our market presence.
Your Role Includes: Executive Leadership & Strategic Impact
· Assume a leadership position on the TAG leadership team, guiding firm strategy and succession planning.
· Contribute to the firm’s long-term vision by helping build a sustainable leadership pipeline.
· Represent the firm in high-level client engagements, industry events, and alliance partner programs.
· Lead cross-functional efforts to innovate our service offerings and respond to market trends.
High-Level Client Engagement
· Operate as the principal advisor to a sophisticated client portfolio, ensuring exceptional service delivery. · Oversee complex client relationships, including risk management, compliance, and strategic planning.
· Drive business development initiatives and identify areas for expansion within existing accounts.
· Serve as a firmwide resource on tax-related matters and regulatory changes.
Talent & Leadership Development
· Champion the development of emerging leaders and high-potential team members.
· Lead performance evaluations, succession planning, and skills development initiatives.
· Foster a collaborative culture rooted in mentorship, inclusion, and excellence.
· Provide visionary guidance and challenge team members to grow into leadership roles.
