This role focuses on tax preparation, financial reporting, and client advisory services. Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns
Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
Conduct tax research and stay current on evolving tax laws
Assist with audits and provide documentation and client support
Maintain accurate financial records and manage general ledger tasks
Collaborate with senior staff on complex financial matters
Provide advisory services and respond to client inquiries
Qualifications:
2+ years of recent experience in public or tax accounting
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
CPA eligibility or Enrolled Agent (EA) designation strongly preferred
Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and tax software (Drake, Lacerte, UltraTax)
Strong analytical and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
High level of professionalism and client service mindset
