Summary: The Tax Advisory Senior will lead tax advisory projects, guide junior staff, and deliver complex tax analyses while maintaining a high standard of client service.

Responsibilities:

· Lead tax advisory engagements and oversee deliverables.

· Conduct advanced research and prepare detailed tax analyses.

· Review drafts and reports prepared by Associates.

· Serve as a primary point of contact for clients.

· Ensure compliance, accuracy, and timely delivery of projects.


Qualifications & Skills:

· Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Juris Doctor (JD).

· 5–7 years of experience in Tax Consulting or Tax Advisory.

· Strong research, drafting, and communication skills.

· Ability to manage multiple deadlines under pressure.

· Excellent bilingual communication (English & Spanish).

Work Arrangement:

· Hybrid work arrangements may be available, coordinated with the supervisor depending on operational requirements.
