About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Advisor(Enrolled Agent) to join our team in Tucson, AZ. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in tax preparation, planning, and compliance, while building trusted relationships with clients. As an Enrolled Agent, you will have the opportunity to directly represent clients before the IRS, provide personalized tax strategies, and contribute to our growing firm’s success.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review individual, corporate, partnership, and other tax returns.
Provide tax planning and consulting services to clients.
Represent clients before the IRS as needed.
Conduct research on complex tax issues to ensure compliance.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality financial and tax solutions.
Build long-term client relationships based on trust and expertise.

Qualifications

Active Enrolled Agent (EA) License required.
Minimum 2–3 years of professional tax preparation experience.
Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations.
Excellent analytical, communication, and client service skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
