What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with CPA or EA credential (minimum).
- 2+ years tax preparation experience (individual, business, and state excise tax).
- QuickBooks guru (desktop & online)—or ready to learn fast.
- Top-notch communication and client service skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to juggle multiple deadlines with ease.
- Someone who can pass a background and credit check and is comfortable signing NDA/non-solicitation agreements.

What You’ll Do
* Prepare tax returns for a diverse client base—individuals, businesses, and state excise compliance.
* Be the primary point of contact for your clients, building trust and delivering expert guidance.
* Review and assist clients with QuickBooks records and account reconciliations.
