- Lead the preparation and review of income tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Deliver comprehensive tax compliance and advisory services to a diverse client base, from emerging businesses to mid-sized companies up to $50M.
- Apply your knowledge of GAAP principles and Federal, State, and U.S. International Tax laws.
- Conduct thorough tax research and provide detailed reviews of tax returns.
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to share knowledge and expertise.
- Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, guiding them through complex tax scenarios.

Qualifications:
- Public accounting experience is a must.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
- CPA License.
- Extensive experience in corporate taxation, intercompany transactions, partnerships, estates, and trusts.
