Now Hiring: Tax Accountant / Tax Manager | Washington State Residents Only

Are you an experienced Tax Accountant or Tax Manager ready to work directly with clients and grow your career? We are seeking a knowledgeable and client-focused tax professional to prepare individual, business, and state excise tax returns while providing guidance on accounting records. This role is open exclusively to Washington State residents.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients
• Prepare individual and business tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Prepare state excise tax compliance returns
• Assist clients with QuickBooks oversight, including both online and desktop versions
• Perform and/or review account reconciliations
• Review documents for accuracy, grammar, and professional presentation
• Provide exceptional client service and maintain strong client relationships

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• CPA or EA credential required
• 2+ years of experience in tax preparation or tax management roles
• Knowledge of tax code, forms, and regulations; business tax return experience preferred
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• High attention to detail and commitment to exceptional client service
• Proficiency in QuickBooks (desktop and online); ability to learn new systems quickly
• Strong written skills with attention to grammar, punctuation, and professional standards

Location Requirement:
This position is open to Washington State residents only. Candidates must reside in WA at the time of hire.
