We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Tax Accountant to join our professional team. The ideal candidate will be a licensed CPA with strong expertise in tax preparation, compliance, and advisory services for individuals and businesses. This role requires excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and review federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts.
- Conduct thorough research on tax issues and provide strategic tax planning and advisory services.
- Ensure compliance with current tax laws and regulations while identifying opportunities for tax savings.
- Respond to IRS and state agency inquiries and represent clients during audits when needed.
- Maintain accurate and organized tax records and documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service and efficient workflows.
- Stay up to date on changes in tax legislation and communicate relevant updates to clients and colleagues.

Qualifications:
- Active CPA license required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Master’s in Taxation preferred.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of tax preparation and compliance experience in public accounting.
- Proficient in tax preparation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of federal, state, and local tax codes and regulations.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a client-focused approach.
