We're looking for a friendly, outgoing Tasting Room Associate to join the team of a well-known winery in Guerneville, Ca.
What You'll Do:
- Welcome guests and provide exceptional customer service
- Pour wine and sparkling wine tastings Lead engaging winery and history tours
- Educate visitors about the winemaking process Promote wine sales, wine club memberships, and merchandise
- Process transactions using a POS system
- Keep the tasting room clean, stocked, and guest-ready
What We're Looking For:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills
- Sales-minded with a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Available to work weekends and holidays
- Able to work up to 25 hours per week
$20.30/hr plus tips
