Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and manage talent programs that support engagement, recognition, performance management, career pathing, and employee growth.
- Support performance management processes, including goal setting, reporting, analytics, program improvements, and stakeholder communication.
- Contribute to leadership development, high-potential programs, talent reviews, competency frameworks, and succession planning initiatives.
- Analyze talent program data, build dashboards, and deliver insights related to retention, productivity, performance, and engagement.
- Coordinate employee engagement surveys, recognition programs, facilitation activities, vendor relationships, budgets, and program logistics.
- Partner with HR, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and business leaders to promote talent initiatives and ensure alignment across the organization.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $75,000 to $90,000 per year.

- Hybrid schedule available for candidates based in Melbourne, FL.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Design and execute talent programs focused on performance management, employee development, recognition, engagement, and career growth.
- Support succession planning, talent reviews, high-potential programs, competency frameworks, and leadership development initiatives.
- Build reports, dashboards, and analytics to guide decisions related to retention, productivity, engagement, and workforce performance.
- Coordinate program logistics, vendor relationships, surveys, budgets, records, and cross-functional communication.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience supporting talent initiatives such as performance management, succession planning, career development, employee engagement, or leadership development.
- 6-10 years of overall professional experience preferred based on role level.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, reporting, and data analysis.
- Proficiency with HR systems and tools, with experience using platforms such as SurveyMonkey, UKG, Absorb, or Nectar helpful.
- Strong analytical ability with experience interpreting data and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate details, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with vendors and collaborating across HR, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and business leadership.
- Knowledge of employee engagement, recognition, talent development, and DEIB trends.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment when handling sensitive information.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience supporting talent programs in a multi-location or national organization.
- Hands-on experience with UKG, Absorb, Nectar, SurveyMonkey, or similar HR, learning, recognition, and survey platforms.
- Background in organizational development, leadership development, talent analytics, or employee experience programs.
- Experience building competency models, career pathing resources, dashboards, engagement reports, or succession planning tools.
